The hotel has no guests during the season, so it is closed 24 hours a day. Only 2 and I should check in, go back and have to call and wait for the door to open. Quiet but boring vacation due to the hotel has no guests

The breakfast is small, but the combination (Nha Trang Restaurant cooks any sweet dish, the vegetable soup also gives sugar, I really can't eat it. But the food of Sake is not). The room I set was a little small, but it was clear and clean. Enthusiastic staff. Swimming pool is small and shallow (But because I have no need to use it, I don't really care. Swimming in the morning and evening is enough) In general, at a cost, I feel it is worth it. I will introduce to my friends this place if they come to travel to Nha Trang.

This is by far the worst hotel service I have ever seen throughout my entire travelling life. When we first went in the hotel, we stayed outside of the hotel thinking that someone would take our luggages for us since it is a 3-stars hotel (not even 1-star to be honest). There is a guy sit on the chair, he was wearing white shirt, he just sit there looking at us, we thought he does not work there so that is why he won't help us. When we moved in to the reception, no one was standing there, after awhile look around, the receptionists were eating inside and not care about we were standing there at all. After five minutes, one in white shirt that we saw, came in and check in the room for us. That had to be the worst of the worst first impression I have ever seen. There are many more. P/s: The pool in the picture is a lie, it is actually super small and ugly pool.

Room is clean and spacious. The food is not very rich and delicious. Very small pool.

Hotel is nice, easy to go to the beach and the facilities are new.

Nice room but bad food

The receptionist attitude was not friendly at check-in. When I checked out, other people did, ok.

Breakfast time from 6:30 to 9:30. I went to breakfast at 8:30, and there was nothing left to eat. Not just me and many others.

I really enjoyed this hotel, but room service did not clean up toilet bowls not clean with no toilet paper. Breakfasts have no place for meat, salads, sauce and cold, but serve very well.

This hotel was nice, the receptionist was friendly, facilities in the room were great as well but the breakfast was poor.
