Ivy is very flexible in letting guests order breakfast in advance so it's fresh and doesn't go to waste. The only thing: ROOM SOUNDPROOFING IS BAD.

The hotel is ok, the tolet then the curtain pulls out of the room (slightly opposite) Small pool. Breakfast is pre-registered (vermicelli, instant noodle soup, powdered juice) Bike is free to use. October 7

The most welcoming and lovely receptionist

Beautiful and cozy room. It was well-prepared with aromatic essential oils when I arrived. Big window to have natural light all the day. The staff is friendly. The only thing I do not like is location, hotel is quite far from center, nearly 2 km far away from old town, and the road is quite dark and quiet at night so just come back to hotel soon. There is free bicycle for guest.

Staff are very friendly, clean rooms are neat, the consulting services are very good.

Everything was very good. The room is very clean and comfortable. The distance from the hotel to Hoi An ancient town is about 1.8 km, so for me is a little far away but you can hire bicycle for free. It's not a big deal. Highly recommended.

Rooms have nice and comfortable space. Staff friendly, enthusiastic. However, one big minus is that the Deluxe room has a toilet outside the room (it has to pass through the new balcony), the toilet is very hot and quite inconvenient.
