Clean, airy, spacious room

When I booked a room, I booked a double bed. But when I checked in, it was a room with 2 single beds. I couldn't sleep comfortably at night. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The soap bag had been used and not changed. There was no hot water heater in the room, so I had to go to the reception to get hot water.

The room I got was quite good but in terms of amenities, the room had no refrigerator or TV. The problem of no refrigerator was quite inconvenient in my life, while I booked a room with a refrigerator. Hopefully the next experience will be improved.

The refrigerator is leaking water for no apparent reason, the faucet, at mealtime the water is cut off and there is no water to use.

The road is one-way so traveling is a bit inconvenient, but compared to this price, it's close to the airport, Binh Thanh center, District 1, only takes about 10-15 minutes. Wifi is weak and I hope the hotel can fix it

Room 115's door lock is broken and very difficult to open. Last month it was broken in the same condition. Now it's back and still broken. The hotel should replace the lock. It takes a long time to open the door and is very annoying.

Phòng rộng rãi sạch sẽ có cửa sổ rất thoáng, đồ tuy hơi cũ nhưng cũng khá ổn, giá cả phải chăng.

Ưu điểm: ở đường lớn, có sân đỗ xe, thuận tiện đi lại. Giá rẻ. Nhược điểm: Nhận phòng ngày 17.3, trả phòng trưa 19.3 nhưng ngày 18.3 không thấy dọn vệ sinh phòng (thùng đựng rác bị đầy, vì thế phải để vỏ hộp bánh kẹo...trên bàn. úc đầu nhận phòng ở tầng 3 nhưng phòng vệ sinh không ghoát nước khi tắm, yêu cầu đổi phòng và được cho đổi xuống tầng 2. Cả 2 phòng đã ở đêù không mở tivi để xem được, vì vấn đề cáp (lễ tân trả lời)

Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ so với mức giá. Nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện, mình quên bóp ở quầy lễ tân, các bạn mang lên tận phòng trả.

Phòng có mùi ẩm mốc khó chịu Ga giường bụi, dơ Tivi hư Cách âm không tốt Nhà vệ sinh không có giấy vệ sinh nhân viên dễ thương

Cửa toilet bị hỏng, máy lạnh có vấn đề, có lúc rất nóng. Cửa chính khó khoá khi đi ra ngoài.
