My three-day stay at the Dafam Pacific Caesar Hotel in Surabaya was very impressive. It's conveniently located near the Airlangga University campus and shopping centers. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the parking lot is spacious. I'll definitely stay again next time.

Overall, it's OK. The rooms are relatively large. Unfortunately, the parking lot is quite hot because there are no trees to shade the area. For some reason, the basement (or indoor) parking isn't available.

Overall, it's OK, as it's relatively close to the areas I'm going to. A more varied food selection would be even better. Why not expand the basement parking area? It's quite hot parking next to the hotel, so trees are needed to shade the parking area.

Our extended family stayed here, it was very satisfying, especially the restaurant employee (I forgot his name) was very kind in preparing 24 takeaway breakfast boxes from 5 am, many thanks, we'll be back next time.

Rooms with connecting doors are comfortable for families, large rooms, clean, spacious parking, delicious restaurants and lots of variety👍👍👍

Order a twin deluxe room on the 8th floor. Pros: 1. Tall building so you can see the skyview from the room window, even see the Suramadu Bridge. 2. Friendly and very helpful staff. 3. Fast room service. 4. Breakfast is to your liking. 5. Cold AC. 6. Large capacity hot water. 7. Mini bar and kettle hot water are provided. Cons: 1. Got the remaining smoking room (8th floor is a smoking room only) even though I asked for non-smoking from the start. 2. The room smells of cigarettes. 3. The bathroom is dirty. 4. Room no. 807 on the 8th floor has a broken or leaking shower faucet. 5. Breakfast options are minimal, only Indonesian food. 6. TV is not a smart TV (not as good as a 2-star hotel). 7. Central AC is cold but waiting for a long time. 8. Skyhill on the 17th floor is almost a sewer. Other than that, I chose this hotel because I wanted a room at a height for the view.

The location is close to ITS, my child's campus, and near the mall, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly.

The hotel room was quite spacious and clean. The air conditioning wasn't too cold in the smoking room. The restroom was also clean and safe.

The hotel is clean, friendly, and close to Unair's Campus C. I'll be back to stay again someday.
