Very disappointing, cancel the order without notice. At 9 pm we with 2 small children arrived at the location, apparently could not check-in. The apartment manager is not on location, the communication is only by telephone and he says there are no more rooms. Very unconcerned with our condition, which was almost late at night with 2 small children. I even asked him to come to the location to talk to find a solution, he did not want to, really unprofessional as someone who works in the service business. We were forced to find another hotel that night.

The apartment( in a small street bht there is restaurant and 7-11 at the beginning of the street) is around 600m from the ratchaprarop station and you can walk to pratunam market, indra square, big c, neon night market, platinum center.. (just go straight from 1km to 1.5km ). it is better to walk than take a cab ( rush hour is too bad), you can go through many shops and family restaurants, street food. The building is old, the apartment is old but they have everything we need. 3 big beds is a plus. The bathroom even has a tub, toilet paper and shampoo. There are some instant noodles in the kitchen ( good for late night hunger) and 2 big bottles of water (1 or 1.5l) The host is nice and can speak english well. The aircon works ok. The room is clean. The price is cheap - recommend for family or group of friends wanna stay together and with low budget.

The place is quite big for us 3, comfortable, the AC is cold, especially the tiger is really good, we fly at 7 pm, but he gives us time to check out at 4 later if we go to Bangkok to stay here again. Recommended!

The hotel has a friendly attendant, clean and spacious rooms like the picture but the location is not good, no slippers. no problem, only 1 roll of paper in the room spent three days for four people, far from BTS. Deep back in the alley and around the few inns. Another problem is that when I first arrived I had to wait for a long time to check in because they told me I had not seen my information and needed to check. I had the most pleasant stay here. There are 3 large bed for 6 of us in 1 room. The room is clean and had almost everything you need. Instant noodles, 2 litre of waters, soap&shampoo, and other stuffs. Would highly recommend this place.

The apartment is clean, the location is good, we are only 5 nights there, for reviews, there is cleaning equipment like brooms / mops, it can be better because we are there for 5 days without a cleaning service so the rooms are dirty haha, the laundry is also available.
