A comfortable hotel for family stays

It was really fun staying here, it really makes you addicted to staying at the Golden Tulip Hotel

it was my first stay. things didnt go well at the beginning, but i appreciated the staff response. first, I couldnt go into my room cause my card wasnt working. the room location is quite far from the lobby (plus I carried a backpack). i didnt knw that at the end of the hall, there is a phone to call the lobby. thankfully a staff passed by and helped us. another staff came in 10 mins later with a new card only for me to find out that someone is already in t room. apparently, i checked in t wrong room. number 9 written in my card ressemble number 5. the room was spacious. we had a garden view balcony all stuff is working. when I borrowed an iron, it wasnt working, the housekeeping gave me a new one the pool is nice and clean, but the water was freaking cold. we can borrow 3 towels kid's pool is warm but cramped by shivering adults. we tried the jacuzzi. it is great. we borrowed another towels here. the hotel was quite vast, we explored it the next day. there is a small playground at the back facing eco green park. the buffet breakfast is so so. the choices were not that many for 200k. there was no kids corner serving popcorn cottton candy or ice cream.roll, but thankfully there was a yoghurt machine

it was pleasing and a great place to stay with the family. Will be surely back again soon! thanks

The hotel staff were very friendly, greeting guests as they passed. They took the initiative to help direct guests to their rooms when they seemed confused. They also pushed the elevator button when they saw guests approaching. Receptionist Diyan provided room upgrades at no additional cost.

The room is clean and spacious, and the interior is nice. Quality.

Recommended for monthly trips, the most comfortable hotel in Batu City.

Our 1N stay at Royal Suite type was fantastic! Check-in was super easy and fast, setting a great start. The facilities are excellent and something for everyone. What truly made it was the outstanding staff hospitality and service. Every team member was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back 🙂 Thank you and keep up the good work!

Highly recommended hotel, delicious breakfast but on the 3rd floor because of the main restaurant, good atmosphere, kids friendly, will come back to stay again.

The room is very comfortable, especially the bed... soft and the sheets are also soft, making you sleep soundly... as for the breakfast menu, to be honest, it's a bit disappointing... especially this morning's menu, which is steamed fish, not fresh, the meat texture is soft, not normal and a bit fishy. That's the only thing that needs to be improved

It is truly a kids friendly hotel with many playground facilities for children. And a comfortable swimming pool for children and adults. Very delicious food and friendly staff who are very helpful to guests. Thank you Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is 5 min from jatim park 2. The breakfast was just ok with menus such as nasi/bakmi goreng, veggies stir fry, bread assortments, soto/rawon, egg station, gorengan, fruits. The room is clean and nice. The heated pool is small and shallow and there is no light above it which makes it dark.

The place is very cool and beautiful.

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had snacks at Infinite and it was good. Dinner in Skydome was spectacular. Lots of options for breakfast. Plenty of parking space.
