Onomi... Foy... It was a pleasant stay at HorEx Sentani. Quiet and comfortable. Ambience/Facilities: Comfortable atmosphere, complete amenities, but unfortunately there was no hand soap at the bathroom sink. Food: The breakfast menu is very diverse and caters to a variety of tastes. I loved the peanut butter toast, papaya, and the sunny-side-up egg. Staff Assistance: Friendly and prompt. Highlights: Every afternoon, there are saraba drinks and pastries in the lobby. There's also a free airport shuttle. Price: Very affordable. Location: Strategic, making shopping and dining around the hotel very easy.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and I've stayed here several times. Unfortunately, on September 8, 2026, my personal information was leaked to others due to the actions of one of the staff there. I don't know who gave my ID, whether it was the receptionist or not, but it was clearly one of the staff there. The staff have no right to reveal the identity of anyone staying at this hotel, but they managed to reveal the identity of a guest to others. The person who leaked my identity was the person on duty that morning. Please take action; this is a violation of the rules. Even though I did nothing wrong, my identity was leaked to others.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and check-in before 12 PM was possible. The room didn't have a window, but it was okay, and it was spacious enough for the kids to play freely. It's walking distance from the airport, so access to everything is close. There's an ATM, a supermarket, KFC, and a food stall right in front—it's the most convenient place. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in Sentani.

This hotel served as my resting place before my next flight. I requested an earlier check-in time of 9:00 AM, and the hotel staff graciously granted it. This was a huge help, as having to wait until the normal check-in time of 2:00 PM after a long flight would have been quite difficult. Thank you to the hotel staff for their helpful and convenient service. 🙏🏻
