The staff was very friendly and helped us move rooms when we found one with a bathroom that directly faced the outside. You had to bring your own toothbrush, as they didn't provide one, and the toilet lacked a jet shower, making it less suitable for Indonesians. Room amenities were lacking, such as bottled water, toothbrushes, or a sign with the Wi-Fi password. The bathroom also smelled a bit off.

The design is very unique, but not user friendly. Many bugs and worms will go inside the room. The lighting is not good enough. The Wi-Fi is very weak. But the staff is very friendly and helpful. The access to the villa is up on the hill, it's not possible to walk with luggage. A bigger car is also difficult to go up there.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The room was stunning, spacious, and very comfortable. Even though we checked in at 12 midnight, he patiently waited for us and welcomed us so warmly. We were also greeted with a welcome drink🥰 Breakfast was well prepared and cooked fresh, which we really appreciated. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I will definitely come again!!!

The view is very beautiful, clean and I really like the color concept, it's like Santorini, the hotel service is good, fresh coconut welcome drink, lots of good spots, this hotel is really underrated. The reason why the hotel gave a check-in deadline of 6 pm is probably because the road up is a bit dark, but it's worth it, it's not as hectic as other people's reviews, it's still motorbike friendly, it's really good

The view is excellent, 9.5/10, but the room is a real shame. Upon entering, the room smelled incredibly dusty. It looked like it hadn't been occupied in a month or two. It was tidy, but it smelled dusty. The toilet had a small window with no permanent cover, just a curtain. Hopefully, it will get better.

The fourth day of my birthday vacation in Lombok was supposed to be a great stay at Mentigi Bay Dome Villas. I had booked seven days in advance, but unexpectedly, I couldn't check in when I arrived, claiming the room I'd booked was already occupied by a foreigner for three days. Then the owner made a complicated decision and told me to cancel my trip to Traveloka. It wasn't my fault. I was disappointed, angry, and sad. If there was a double booking, they should have at least notified me a day in advance so I could have a backup plan. It was incredibly frustrating. 😤😤😤

If you want the unique one…you’re in the right choice. Comfort place with beautiful view. Yes it is!

the place is according to plan, I was looking for a unique place. and this place is really unique. the shape of the room, the design of the building, everything is unique. there are many good photo spots. maybe the car parking facilities need to be improved. because next year the plan is to bring a lot of family there. btw I like the place.

When I wanted to check in, the guard wasn't there because he was resting, so he should have given priority to guests who wanted to check in. But the room was good.

It was good place with good view but they can improve for the detail especially the room. For the amenities, for the wall painting (some spot in the bathroom looks yellow and not so clean), for the bed (can be more pluffy). Staff is nice and helpful. With the price what we pay when you compare with Bali, it should be much better 🤷🏻
