I have booked 2 rooms via the app along with 1 direct room, with the intention of staying 2 nights, because of the sudden reason we only stayed for 1 night, I asked the hotel for assistance to get the room back. 1 night of the direct book room and 2 book rooms through the app I accepted to lose money, but I received the reply of the manager that tt did not get back ... Why so strange? If the customer is not staying, he has started to pay off, having a problem that can be solved within his reach is so difficult? guests determined to travel, they never care about paying money for accommodation ... but in this case the hotel can handle within reach but do not stretch :))) after this I give hotel negative points plus bad treatment :)))
