This is a hotel you should absolutely not stay at. The lobby staff – a man with tattoos at night, I'm not sure if he's the owner or an employee – was unwelcoming and spoke in a manner unbecoming of a lobby staff member. For example, during check-in, he informed us that "your room is on the third floor." We asked if there were rooms on the first floor, and he replied, "Customers cannot choose their rooms," repeating this twice. The point is, we were simply asking if there were any rooms on the first floor, and we could have paid extra since the hotel doesn't have an elevator. He chose to respond in such a way; his words weren't rude, but clearly annoyed. I suggest he should be resting if he's not well-rested; he shouldn't be working there. I've seen negative reviews from famous influencers, but never experienced this firsthand. I understand the room price is 500 baht per night, and while there's no soap or shampoo, the lack of service and communication is unacceptable. Especially if he's the owner or a family member managing the hotel, his attitude and demeanor need significant improvement. This was my first and last stay here. Anyone considering booking this hotel, please read many reviews and think carefully beforehand.
