I travel to Butuan monthly and have decided to try the different hotels and review/compare them honestly. With this hotel I did request a pickup from the airport. Gave them flight arrival details. I waited an hour before giving up and taking a taxi. At the hotel they informed me they no longer do pickups for some 2 years now. This is not indicated in their advertising and since I included it in my direct special request they apparently felt it unnecessary to inform me that they would not. Preferring to keep me waiting at the airport in expectation of a pickup is very poor customer service and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

We always book here. Accomodating staff, spacious room and food is fine.

The breakfast served was not as good as previous.

Good choice for the family, especially if there's a larger discount voucher on booking. Great room size, breakfast buffet, swimming pools area. Impressive.

I had a good stay here. The food at the hotel was very good. The rooms are really cozy and very clean. I recommend this hotel.

I love the place and I keep coming back to Butuan Grand Palace Hotel with free massage spa, free shuttle pick up from the airport and a great place to stay with maximum security.

Anything about the hotel is good but in terms of food it's not great, only few selections.

The hotel was really nice, the room was spacious. Value for money, the room rates are reasonable. Staff are very accommodating and very hospitable. I surely recommend the hotel. Next time I'll visit Butuan I'll definitely be back to Butuan Grabd Palace Hotel.
