The hotel staff is very friendly, even though we arrived a bit late, they helped us.

The room is dirty, there are cockroaches, the wifi is off, the TV doesn't turn on, I'm tired of staying here, the shower water isn't hot.

Recently found Jardin apartment super duper not recommended! - Lots of cockroaches, dirty and rundown! - Broken shower, dirty bathroom. - AC is only in the main room, so if you are in the bedroom you will be drenched in sweat. - No Wi-Fi! - Basically I will not want to stay in this room again. - Very dirty, ugly and rundown!

2BD. 1 AC is in the master bedroom, 1 is in the living room, so the other room doesn't have AC. There is wifi but you have to ask the staff in the lobby

The location is very close to Ciwalk so you can walk around without a vehicle. The room is clean and spacious enough for 4 adults.

totally inconsistent with the description. From the beginning I had chatted with the admin that I asked for a clean room, but there was still dust on the mattress in the room. The refrigerator was not very cold and its size was small, there was no AC or fan in the room! Hexos is dead! I will not come here again.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor, the floor was dusty, there were lots of cockroaches, the sheets for the bottom mattress were dirty and had not been replaced, as if they had been used.

The staff helps if there are any problems with the room, but the room unit I rented was very small and seemed to be rarely cleaned. Some of the facilities also smelled like that lol. For those with a tight budget, it's okay, but it's not recommended if you have another choice guys. 😫
