Enthusiastic staff, clean hotel, centrally located, easy to get around, but breakfast has few dishes. Overall okay. If I have a chance I will come back.

Overall is ok. Behind there is a cafe with valley view, which is also quite good. Convenient to stay overnight, next day continue to Dalat

Missed the road, 21:00 check-in 6h check-out, think 1 night tomorrow morning... don't have much experience to evaluate. Everything is fine During the rest period.

The price is good, I was invited to have breakfast. However, the minus point for breakfast is: designed like a buffet (self-service) but when taking a second time, you will be charged extra.

The hotel does not have shampoo and shower gel so it is a bit inconvenient. Accommodation is convenient for travel. Check in quickly.

The receptionist check-in is too slow, the room on the app side is finished! Waiting for a while, getting the room is not the same as the picture. Room is very small. The morning is very noisy.

Room was better than what I had expected from the photos on web. Room was clean and all linen were fresh. Absolutely comfortable.

The hotel staff received my father's ID card and lost it without any support to get my ID card back. Actually, for the first time at the hotel, the hotel lost the ID card of the guest. The receptionist signed and received it.

The receptionist is not friendly. Poor equipment, no ironing required. If you want to ironing, you must use the hotel service and pay. Not near the restaurant, want to eat away. Sound insulation is not good

Changed to a room with a 60k extra window, no window option in the original selection.
