Probably the worst “hotel” I've stayed in. I'm certain that they don't disinfect their rooms properly. There's even a used lubri***ing thing in one of the drawers! The ac in our room iced obviously needs to be cleaned. When we reported it to the front desk, the maintenance went to our room just to give us a dirty rug and advised us to turn the ac off. Moreover, my other relatives stayed in another room just to encounter and use a clogged toilet. They addressed their concern pero wala parin. They didn't even try to fix it. Told them to compensate for the issues but obviously, their staff are unprofessional as they weren't trained or advised by their manager or supervisor with certain issues like what I've mentioned above. Anyway, we had to extend the room and I asked for the breakdown of fees and they weren't able to provide one! I don't know. We aren't looking for a five star hotel feel but we had no other choice since this is the closest hotel we found, not to mention there are only two hotels in Taytay, that is closest to Loyola. To sum it all up, yes it's cheap but the rooms are filthy. Staff are friendly but aren't well-trained. Poor management.

We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. Since day 1, we haven’t experienced any basic greetings which is very crucial and necessary in this kind of industry. No welcome, no good morning, no anything even simple smile. I'm talking about not just the receptionist, but also their security guard. When we checked out, we also haven’t heard any thank u, just ok ma’am. I think the staff of this hotel should undergo proper training especially in hospitalization and personality development.

There are cockroaches and a mouse inside the room.

There is no parking at the hotel, and they are not willing to help in their front desk. I asked where to park or even pay parking just because he did not know it and he did not even know where to park their guests because they did not have parking. We asked the guard at the grocery store next to them that if we could do it honestly.

Spacious, clean, nice staffs, near Taytay Tiangge and Taytay Market.

Secure facility, clean and the staff are accommodating and friendly.

Very convenient location, friendly staff, comfy and spacious rooms, close to a church, Jollibee, 7Eleven and Inasal. Only complaint was elevator wasn't working and our rooms were on the 6th floor. Good thing room phone is working so we can just call out to the reception desk if we needed anything. It was a nice workout though.

Water pressure not stable. Noisy aircon. But overall was great. Will definitely comeback again

We arrived with no available room and the supervisor don't know what to do. She even suggested to give us a higher rate room then they will wake us up whenever there will be available room for us to transfer. We waited 30 minutes before the supervisor settled our room.
