The bed was very clean, and the bathroom was clean too. The hot water wasn't as hot as it should have been. Coffee was provided in the morning.

Before checking in, I called to confirm the room reservation and requested an extra bed. However, upon arrival, they said there were no rooms available as previously stated, and then changed the situation on-site by having me stay at another place which looked old. I was very dissatisfied with this kind of service. The system was terrible and completely unprofessional.

The location is easy to find. The room is a good size for two people. The price is economical. Booked two rooms. One room has drinking water, the other does not. As for towels, one room already has them and the other room will bring them after check-in. Then there was a problem with the key card not working. But went down to contact the hotel staff and they changed it to a new one. So I would like to recommend having the hotel manage the key and key card system and inspect the room before letting the guest stay.
