I booked a non-smoking room because my wife, son, and I have asthma. eh, as soon as I got out of the elevator, along the corridor until I reached the room, cigarette smoke was billowing from all over the place, I don't know which room it was from, even though there was a non-smoking room sign in front of the room. Maybe it's not entirely the hotel's fault but the guest's awareness. However, the hotel needs to be more assertive. Imagine, I brought a 2-year-old child through the corridor, cigarette smoke entered the room, and the cigarette smoke also entered the room. I've reported it several times, but there was no solution, they just said they would check it later, but there was still no change. Hopefully, they will pay more attention in the future.

Overall good stay and clean. There is a little bit problem with different name while booking the hotel but the issues has been solved.

The location is close to the city center, the staff is friendly, the room is clean, the sheets are not very clean, you can borrow a kettle and it will be delivered immediately, the breakfast menu is standard, what makes it special is the extraordinary taste, it feels like having breakfast at a 5-star hotel, full stars for the chef... The experience of staying here is pleasant...
