This is my third time booking this hotel, but sadly this has been my worst experience so far. The front desk staff were actually very friendly, but the worst part started with the elevator, which was extremely hot with no air conditioning at all. Then, in front of the room, there were dirty dishes left from the previous guest that had not been cleared. When I entered the room, there was a strong foot odor. The bathroom also smelled bad and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The trash bin had brown stains and was not cleaned at all. I contacted the cleaning team, but they only sprayed air freshener and did not properly clean anything. The trash bin was not cleaned either—just given a new plastic bag. In the end, I decided to move to another hotel because I was too uncomfortable staying there. At the new hotel, I also met another guest who had moved from the same hotel on the same day.

We sincerely apologize for the uncomfortable temperature in the elevator. Furthermore, the cleanliness issues you mentioned—from the dirty dishes left in the hallway to the strong odors in the room and bathroom, as well as the uncleaned trash bin—are completely below our standards. We are also highly concerned about the inadequate response from our housekeeping team when you reached out for assistance. Simply spraying air freshener and replacing the plastic bag without properly cleaning the room is not reflective of the standard operating procedures we uphold. Please rest assured that we take your detailed feedback very seriously. We have immediately addressed these issues with our Executive Housekeeper and the entire housekeeping team to conduct a thorough review and retraining. We are also coordinating with our engineering department to resolve the ventilation issue in the elevator so that this does not happen again.
