Very bad... if you work according to SOP, explain it to the customer in a friendly manner, the service is very bad, rude, there are cockroaches and rats in the lobby

The location is very strategic, cheap but on the edge of a big road, very close to shopping stores and Malang town square, the room is clean, the only downside is that the shower leaks, so when you turn on the shower the water splashes everywhere.

Overall everything is OK.. I just don't feel comfortable when the front desk staff asks again about how many people are in the room.. there are even some who say: make sure how many people are in the room... even though when we entered we were asked for the husband and wife's ID cards.. I understand that it's a sharia hotel.. but it's not that bad... even though the front office doesn't say anything about it in a hotel.

A bit disappointed with the service. Very cool and very slow. Checked in at 3 but had to wait almost an hour. When I was able to check in, instead I had to order 2 rooms because they were over capacity. Usually that's not the case at other hotels. Whether you want to or not, order an extra bed. Well, maybe it's because the guest house doesn't provide shampoo and wifi🥲. Fortunately, the cheap price and comfortable room helped. Please improve the service again 👍.

Tempat ini sangat nyaman. Dekat pada aktivitas sehari-sehari. Nyaman dan tenang. Hanya saran saja seandainya disediakan microwave dan kulkas untuk umum dibelakang akan lebih siip. Alhamdulillah kamar bersih. Pelayanannya sepertu keluarga. Semiga ke depannya tetap terjaga. Amin.

Kain sprei nya halus dan lembut. Surprisingly ada guling buat dipeluk.

Lokasinya enak, sayangnya pas saya menginap di sini smpat trjadi pemadaman saya telp bagian resepsionis nya tidak ada yang angkat lumayan panik karena saya hanya ber 2 sama anak. Setelah nunggu akhirnya ada yang menanganinya. Saran aja sih untuk resepsionis nya jangan di tinggal.

Saya recomadasikan kalo ke Malang nginapnya ke hotel ini saja, tempatnya bersih, berada di pusat kota, kuliner dekat, kamar luas, air berfungsi dengan baik yang panas maunpun yang dingin, disediakan sajadah dan Al Quran, kopi, teh, dan teko pemanas air, TV dan pokoknya the best.

Bersih dan nyaman. Kamar bersih, semua bersih. Mantap.
