For a long stay, it's comfortable. There's a laundry across the street, close to everything, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. It has a water heater, cool air conditioning, fast internet, good TV, and it's also Sharia-compliant.

Very bad... if you work according to SOP, explain it to the customer in a friendly manner, the service is very bad, rude, there are cockroaches and rats in the lobby

The location is very strategic, cheap but on the edge of a big road, very close to shopping stores and Malang town square, the room is clean, the only downside is that the shower leaks, so when you turn on the shower the water splashes everywhere.

Overall everything is OK.. I just don't feel comfortable when the front desk staff asks again about how many people are in the room.. there are even some who say: make sure how many people are in the room... even though when we entered we were asked for the husband and wife's ID cards.. I understand that it's a sharia hotel.. but it's not that bad... even though the front office doesn't say anything about it in a hotel.

Enjoyed staying here because it was cheap and the hotel was clean.
