Really great, very extraordinary

Spent 2 nights for transit. The location is superb. It is in a walking distance to Pantai Jerman. The room was very big and clean. It was more than enough to accommodate my small family. The staff was very friendly. Have a big swimming pool at the top. Nice restaurant with very reasonable price. My flight got cancelled then we requested to extend 1 more night, but unfortunately it was fully booked. Sadly, we had to move to another crappy hotel nearby.

For the price range offered, this hotel is in the good category, we booked 3 rooms, check in check out was fast, we arrived earlier than check in time and we could leave our luggage in their storage room, the room was clean, the hotel area was clean, the room was very spacious, the water flow was strong, the air conditioner worked well, the staff was very friendly and agile, we bought breakfast, it was delicious, dinner was also delicious, just walking distance to the beach, impressive, we will return!

The rooftop is nice. Nice to hang out. The swimming pool on the 5th floor is also quite spacious and attractive.

Hotel staff is friendly but room is not cleaned, drinking glasses are not replaced, bathroom is not cleaned.

The room is spacious and clean, the room facilities are quite complete, you can swim on the rooftop while looking at the view of the German coast, for food there are 6 choices of breakfast style, Indonesian, English and American

The hotel staff is friendly, when you ask for a room change, the staff will also serve you. The room facilities are complete with a refrigerator, hairdryer, swimming towels and SDB, the room is spacious and comfortable, there is a spa and swimming pool on the rooftop

My family's favorite hotel, helpful staff, good facilities, strategic location.

The family room was spacious and clean, with a well-functioning air conditioner and fresh sheets. There was no smell of cigarettes, which was a huge plus. However, since the balcony faced the street, it was quite noisy with conversations and dogs barking throughout our three-night stay. Rooms on the sides may be quieter. The bathroom was in good condition, with consistent hot water and good water pressure. The location is close to the airport with easy access to the beach, perfect for a stroll. The swimming pool was clean and a good size, ideal for a cool-off. Wi-Fi was okay but inconsistent, with on-and-off connectivity. The breakfast options were limited and repetitive over three days, which could be improved. Our request for a late check-out was declined, despite the availability of rooms.

The hotel is old. But clean, the bathroom has been renovated. Good. The room is also clean. Only the lobby seems to need to be renovated to make it look newer. Above the swimming pool is also clean and the bathing place in the pool is also clean. Breakfast must be ordered. And the menu is not much. In front of the German beach hotel. And strategically many places for reflexology and places to eat. Thank you Sulis Hotel. Our family was comfortable staying there for 2 nights.

I can't count how many times my family and I have stayed at Sulis Beach Hotel and usually when we stay we definitely take 4 to 5 rooms, the rooms are spacious and bright (not dim), soft mattresses, lots of pillows, there is a large sofa bed, lots of electrical outlets, there is a hairdryer, there is unlimited hot water, the bathroom is spacious and clean, there is a clothesline, the food in the restaurant is also delicious especially the pork satay. Access to the hotel is easy and close to the airport, the swimming pool is large and clean, all the staff are friendly, thumbs up, if I could give a score of 1,000,000 I would definitely give it hehehe, from us, the family of Mr. Chris Yogi Imanuel 🫰😘

This is my second stay at Sulis Hotel, it is very comfortable and I feel at home.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. AC and hot water also function well. The choice of family room is really spacious. Maybe for 6 people.

Everything is very good, the room is very clean. The swimming pool and restaurant are very nice and a very comfortable place for views.

I really like Sulis, the staff here are very friendly. The room is clean, very big, close to shopping malls, supermarkets, kuta center, many restaurants and eateries at very affordable prices. The food at the hotel is also very delicious. The swimming pool is great. It deserves to be a 5* hotel, but I don't think it's only 2*. If breakfast was a buffet, it would be 5* standard. Great. 10/10 points, thanks to the hotel, it's cheaper to rent motorbikes than renting them from outside
