I decided to stay here because of the good reviews and the location didn't seem bad, but I was very disappointed with the service from the reception staff. Upon arrival, there was no greeting or willingness to serve. During check-in, the staff spoke abruptly and avoided eye contact, as if they didn't want to provide service, even though we spoke politely. When we asked for more information, we received dismissive answers.
The room was okay, and the bathroom was clean and dry, as if no one had used it except during our stay. However, the negative experience with the service makes me not want to stay here again. I hope the hotel will improve and train its night shift staff to have a better service-oriented attitude.
