- many cockroaches in the room - dirty restaurant (breakfast) - no wifi coverage in the room - room on the 4th floor. where the housekeeping staff rest while smoking. one floor smells of cigarettes. - bad breakfast

I chose Green Batara because of its strategic location and affordable price. There's a water heater, but unfortunately, when I stayed overnight, the kettle's cord was tangled in duct tape, which made me hesitate to use it. Otherwise, everything was fine: cold air conditioning, a clean bathroom with hot water, a safe, cable TV, and ample space for prayer.

My first time staying here was on New Year's Eve. The room was quite comfortable, the location in front of Ciwalk was nice. The cleanliness was okay, but yesterday I found a small cockroach. Honestly, the breakfast was just standard.

Location wise is good. Room was comfort and staff all very helpful and friendly. But the toilet floor was mossy and extremely slippery. As a result my kid slipped and fell while going to the toilet. Breakfast was basic and did not meet expectations.

Everything was fine, unfortunately the AC in room number 301 had only been turned on for a short time before it immediately went off. Luckily the weather in Bandung was cool so it wasn't too hot in the room.

Everyone's perspective is different. 1. It's noisy because it's right on the edge of Jalan Cihampelas, even though it's on the 9th floor. 2. The building is old. The door has a manual lock. If you're alone, you need to prop it up with a chair. 3. The breakfast is salty, and the restaurant area smells a bit uncomfortable. 4. When you get to your room, you have to check the sheets. They're stained. You can ask for a change. 5. You're given a towel that already smells. 6. The elevator area is very dirty, and you can see a lot of dust coming out. Sorry, but it could be better.

It's like a really old hotel. There are lots of small cockroaches in the room. Even though the location is really good, right in front of Ciwalk. I used to stay here and still used a card to scan into the room, now I use a key. And the key is bent :' the breakfast really doesn't taste like I swallowed it at all, sorry, even though I'm not a picky eater, but oh my God, it's really. I was a bit scared because there were only three of us staying, the vibe was a bit scary huhu

The floor of the room was still dusty, the pillowcases and bed sheets were worn out, the air conditioner wasn't cold enough, the room smelled, plus the security guard was quick to park the car, please improve the cleanliness.

The hotel's location is very close to Ciwalk, just cross the street and you'll arrive. It's very worth it if you want to go to Ciwalk. Please pay attention to towels, at least when guests have checked in, they are already provided. This is my second time staying here, the problem is that the towels are not ready when I have checked in. For the cleanliness and function of the electric kettle in the room, please check again so that it is not dirty and does not work. Thank you🙏
