The room was very spacious and fairly clean. The receptionist was also very communicative and cooperative. However, the hotel is quite far from the city center.

Check-in and check-out should take a shorter time.

The staff were polite and friendly. Location is quire far from the city but nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was about 10 mins walk to the nearest BTS - Samrong. The hotel provides shuttle service to Bearing and Samrong BTS up to 11am, with a 30 mins booking in advance. Would be great if they could extend the hours. The hotel is tucked away in a residential area, and you get to enjoy some food the locals eat. However, that also means you don’t have much food choices after midnight, if you are looking for a late night snack. 7-11 is available though. Room space is great. Water pressure was rather low, but other than that everything else was fine. A very good price if you don’t mind to be away from the city crowd.

Overall good, but it's strange that the staff told us not to stain the bedsheet.

The room is beautiful, very overpriced, clean, spacious, soft pillows, comfortable sleep, big mirror, big refrigerator, full furniture, strong shower, wide bathroom, come to stay for the second time and will definitely go again.

Very nice Hotel and friendly staff. Not expensive. Modern room and comfortable bed. About 10 minutes walk from BTS. Imperial Shopping Mall 5 minutes walk. I rate very highly.

Good, but the room is not cold at all. The lowest air conditioner is turned on. Still hot The air conditioner position is on the head of the bed. Therefore not getting cold
