We are sorry that we did not create a good experience, did not create nostalgia and comfort for you.
Because of this period, the overall situation due to Corona translation, the number of tourists is not much. Therefore the hotel is not crowded and therefore not enough guests so we can run buffet breakfast. But we also try to serve breakfast including 1 bowl + 1ly quality assurance.
As for the evaluation of the friendly staff. We would love to know which staff and department has not had a good attitude when serving customers. We hope you will inform our hotel to remind and adjust.
