The staff is friendly. The room is clean. There are 2 mineral waters, coffee, tea, heater. There is a safe, cooler. Complete amenities. Each room seems to have a balcony or outdoor seating. So you can relax outside the room too. The room is spacious. The breakfast is all delicious, but tends to be salty for Indonesian food. Complete, there are Indonesian food, western food, egg station, porridge, kids corner, coffee tea infused water, bread, cereal, pastry, traditional cakes, you can even ask for instant noodles. Children pay extra, because I ordered breakfast for 2 people but it is worth the price. I only asked for a birthday cake, not getting it, only getting a greeting card. Maybe that's the policy. The location is very close to Banyuwangi Park so it's just a walk from the hotel. But staying here is perfect, I will come back again if I have the chance.

This was my first time staying here. All the staff were very friendly, the hotel room was clean, didn't smell stuffy, and all rooms have balconies, making it convenient for my husband who smokes to avoid having to enter the room. The breakfast menu is extensive, delicious, and clean. Highly recommended for families. There's a mini playground and a clean swimming pool. My only suggestion is that the pool could be equipped with a slide to make it more attractive. Thank you. Always be successful.

A very beautiful hotel, full of lush trees and plants. A beautiful swimming pool is located in the center of the hotel area, surrounded by coconut trees. Adjacent to Banyuwangi Park, it also appears to be under the same management. The parking area is spacious and shady. Bicycles are available for rent to explore the city. However, the lobby lacks seating. The restaurant is spacious with a varied menu and delicious food.
