Vị trí trên đường Nguyễn Tất Thành, con đường lớn gần trung tâm TP. Một khách sạn kết hợp cả cafe dưới tầng 1, phòng bida tầng 2. Phòng view ban công có cửa kính tràn viền, nhìn ra đường phố khá đẹp. Tuy nhiên giặt sấy tính giá theo đơn vị cái khá đắt.
