The location is very strategic, with the price of 300, just ask for help to maintain the cleanliness and upgrade the facilities. The mirror is stained, the shower cannot be adjusted, you have to hold it first, the mattress sags, your whole body aches when you wake up. It's a shame because the hotel is strategic. If it is renovated, it will be crowded. Breakfast for 4 nights here, the second day is buffet, the others only provide fried rice. But luckily you can request to choose white rice and can ask for an omelette with coco crunch. The downside is that the side dishes are cold, they should be cooked when the customer arrives, so it's not very tasty if the breakfast is cold. My suggestion is that breakfast is served when guests arrive, because there are not many so it's quick. Because a cold breakfast is not very tasty in my opinion. And the room should be painted, the mattress should be replaced so the hotel will be more crowded. At least the mirror and mattress should be replaced with new ones. Paint it a little to make it clean. The rooftop is really cool, there is a very clean swimming pool and a really cool view. It's great for hanging out at sunset 😻

The staff are friendly and very nice. The service is good, but the room amenities should be prepared again, the stock should not run out in the warehouse. Because the excuse "Sorry, sir, it seems like our tissue stock was out yesterday" should not exist. But overall, everything is good and comfortable. The food is also delicious, 24-hour access. It's good, in short.

It's okay, the hotel is an old building, but it's still nice and well-maintained, and worth the price. I went there on a weekend and got a room for around 200 with free breakfast.

The food in the restaurant area was cold by 7:00 a.m. Rats were found roaming around the restaurant several times. The staff was less than responsive; I think they could be more friendly and kind.

The room was not very clean. There was still a lot of small trash from other people and there was a lot of dust under the mattress. When I first got the room, it turned out the AC often broke down. I ended up moving rooms. The complaint response was fast. It's a shame that the cleanliness is lacking because this hotel is very strategic in front of Sengkaling tourist area. Hopefully it can be improved.

This is my second stay here. The breakfast menu is varied. Overall, it's okay.

The room cleaners should ask for permission first if they want to clean the room when the room is occupied by someone else, the wifi is slow in the 6th floor room, many TV channels are not connected, maybe due to signal problems, friendly service, delicious buffet food, good cleanliness, the pool is also clean, you can see the view of Malang City and Batu City from the rooftop, and the price is affordable... great... thank you...

The cleanliness and comfort were decent. The food was quite varied and tasty, but I had a room with a leaking toilet hose, so the bathroom was constantly wet and there was a slight hissing sound.

Stayed here for two nights as a transit stop on my way to Bromo. Access is easy, as it's right off the main road. The hotel is quite large, and the rooms are quite comfortable. It's just a bit creepy, with dim lighting in the hallways, giving it an old-world hotel feel. Room cleanliness was okay, but the lobby was lacking.

I've stayed here many times because I visit the nearby Islamic boarding school every month. Overall, it's still good. Perhaps what needs improvement is the breakfast. The staff seems a bit lacking, especially with regards to the food containers and the slow refill time. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

Got a bathroom with a broken door, overall okay.

1. The room wasn't very clean, no toothbrush or toothpaste. The lights were very dim and some were out, and the TV couldn't be used; it wasn't broken, but there was no TV broadcast at all. I complained and then moved rooms. 2. I moved rooms and got an Android TV, but it couldn't be used because the WiFi was really bad, constantly disconnecting. I ended up using tethering from my personal phone. 3. The swimming pool was dirty, as if it had never been maintained. Cigarette butts were everywhere. 4. Breakfast wasn't varied. I stayed for 4 nights and had the same menu. The dining table wasn't very clean. When I reached for some bread, a baby cockroach was crawling around on the table.

It's quite good and comfortable for that price, so it's very satisfying and highly recommended to stay again.

Please fix the front door because the AC is not very cold, because the door does not close properly (there is a gap). The closet is not clean, the soap is usually attached to the wall, this is placed like hand soap, please fix it before guests arrive. I often stay here but this is the first time the door doesn't work.

room is dirty, so many dust and hair in the floor. the TV remote is not functioning. there's a hole and dirt in the towel. but i like the room because it's spacious.

The hotel staff is friendly, close to Malang and Batu.
