The swimming pool is not very clean... the TV can't be turned on. I contacted the hotel and they said they would fix it from the moment I checked in. No staff came until I checked out... it's pretty good.

The hotel looks like it's not well maintained, the lights are not bright enough, the corridors are a bit scary, the air conditioning is not cold. It's a shame, even though the location is strategic. Hopefully the condition will be better in the future.

The room needs to be repaired, the bathroom door is broken, the drain is a bit clogged. The bathroom window is only clear glass so it can be seen from the outside.

The hotel’s in a great location, super close to everything. The service was good, and there’s a pool that’s not too deep—perfect for kids. It could be a bit cleaner, but overall, everything was nice!

This is my 3rd/4th time checking in here, actually this hotel is quite good, comfortable and in a strategic location. The only thing I regret is that from the 2nd time until yesterday I checked in at this hotel, it seems that it is still not well maintained, the lobby and corridor of the room are not bright enough, the lights in my room in 302 are different colors and not bright enough, the bathroom lights turn on and off when I turn on the water tap, the closet is not clean, there are still many stains, the amenities are not complete, there is soap but it is not clear because it is only placed in a place like a bottle for washing hands, the TV signal only has a few channels that can be used, the room phone doesn't work and I have complained but until I checked out there was no officer who checked, the rest for the staff are friendly and the breakfast menu still tastes as good as before and there are many variations, the only thing is why does the porridge smell burnt. every time I go to Malang I stay here. Because it is in the center. If you want to go to Batu or Malang City, it is closer. Although the parking lot is narrow, it is quite safe. For those who park their cars, be more careful because they are other people's cars, hehehe..

It's good, it's cheap too, but unfortunately the swimming pool is not very comfortable.

Stayed at the hotel for 1 day and 1 night, fast, friendly service, arrived at night and went straight to the room, but there was an elevator that required a room key card, the atmosphere of the room hallway was a bit gloomy, not bright enough, the bathroom was also an old building, the hot water was okay. I took the deluxe room with a 1 year old baby, it was not comfortable because it was not bright enough, the breakfast was okay with the standard price because it was cheap and you get breakfast.

Like it because it's close to the food place. Nice hotel, the room is quite big, my family really likes it, the staff is friendly.....thank you...sorry no photos.

If I go to Malang, I will stay here again.

friendly staff, good service. complaint room immediately moved. everything is okay. although the breakfast menu is simple. according to budget. there is a children's pool. the place is in the center of the crowd, easy to meet all needs. radho its okay.

Have stayed here several times because the location is close to my child's school.

Location is easy to find because we arrived at night. Overall good, service is also good & friendly. Food is delicious, overall good 👍 We love staying here.

It's been several times we've been to this hotel and thank God it's still good and comfortable, especially since it's close to the boarding school. So it will still be our choice when visiting the children.

When I stayed there, I left early in the morning before 6 am, and I requested that breakfast be brought forward. The receptionist was very friendly and gave me the option to have it taken away with a ready-made menu.
