Ila Villa's service is very satisfying. Parking lots are limited to only 3-4 cars, but enough because it is very rare for cars to be taken. First, when we arrived in the afternoon we were immediately greeted by officers in the parking lot and immediately met us offering assistance in removing goods. Another officer escorted us to the check-in process. The check-in process was easy and we were given a welcome drink of red tea that we could bring to our room. Room facilities are very complete and luxurious. Really a vacation villa looking for tranquility and comfort. The atmosphere of the villa is very beautiful with many plants. But it is unfortunate, the breakfast menu is limited: choosing one of the breakfast packages, for example the Indonesian breakfast is fried rice / noodles, and the American breakfast is omellete, bread, bacon. The clerk at the restaurant also gave less information about how to order the breakfast menu, just give the breakfast menu sheet without giving an explanation of the way the message was done until we asked how to order one or how to order. The juice drink is also lacking because it's not real fruit but uses bottled juice sold in supermarkets which are packed in bottles. But the hotel maid is very pleasant with all the friendly staff, when passing even though they greet hotel guests.
