The room was very large, the AC was cold, and the bathroom had hot water, but I got a room without a view. Housekeeping, if there are still guests inside, please don't keep ringing the bell repeatedly. I was in the shower, so it disturbed me. Perhaps the hotel could provide a sign on the door to indicate whether the room needs cleaning or a 'do not disturb' sign.

Everything is good for this price, the room is also spacious.

Overall, everything was fine, but the water in room 320 was off. So be patient when showering.

The bed cover was not clean (because it was dirty and had stains), I had requested a replacement, but the receptionist informed me that it could only be replaced tomorrow morning, but I had to check out the next morning (because I was only staying for 1 night), the room had lots of mosquitoes, even though I had requested to spray it, the mosquitoes were still there.

The hotel's location is strategic, the rooms are spacious, and the rooms are clean. The TV can watch Netflix and other things. So far, I've been satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel and close to the center of the city

So far, so good. I rented two rooms for two nights. The bathroom exhaust fan broke on both sides. I requested a repair upon arrival on the first day, but it wasn't repaired until check-out. It's a real shame.

Highly recommended, can be used as a place to rest if you want to travel in Surabaya.
