Safe and comfortable, cold AC, neat and clean.

The hotel is located in a very strategic location, close to Gubeng Station, Surabaya.

It turned out that the room was mixed for men and women, the WiFi was difficult to access, the AC was too cold for a room like that, making it impossible to rest at night because of shivering from the AC.

The staff is friendly, there's a large prayer room, and it's close to Gubeng Station, a 5-minute walk away. The air conditioning is cool, the bathroom is clean, and you can get a self-service breakfast of coffee, tea, and bread.

I've stayed here twice, June 2023 and August 2025. The receptionist, both male and female, were friendly. When I complained about the water being off, it was handled quickly. If I go to Surabaya, I will stay here again. It's also near Gubeng Station and I got a friend to chat with because I came here alone yesterday.

The place is comfortable, with a large prayer area, allowing for ample space for worshippers. It's also clean, and it's close to Gubeng Lama Station—just a short walk. Recommended for travelers.

Could be better, improve existing facilites & provide other basic facilities

I checked in at 2 AM in the morning, the service was okay, the room also pleasant. You will get a free beverage (bread, tea, and coffee in the morning). Don’t forget your deposit or prepare your ID.

Nice hostel and worth it. The location is at the straight end of an alley. Just good for simple staying with affordable price after engaging in city rush.

I've stayed here in 2018. Everything was good, hopefully the bathroom cleanliness can be improved, especially the trash can.

to the city is close. mines nyq cumq if there is someone in the room snoring it will be disturbed

Check in at 10 am and was given a room/bed that had not been made up. Then I was given another room at the top, I weigh more than 90 kg so it was a bit difficult to climb up. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

Simple and friendly staff. The only minus is the non-smoking seats, please pay attention.
