Everything is fine for this price.

The room was enclosed, smelled musty when first opened, and the walls were dirty. There was no private parking area. Appliances in the room should be checked (the electric kettle's lid broke upon first touch).

My family just stayed here, and in my opinion, the staff were quite friendly and enthusiastic. We booked a room with two beds because we had a small child. The only thing that met my criteria was having a window; everything else was lacking: poor soundproofing, damaged and outdated furniture (wardrobe), yellow light bulbs making the room quite dim at night. Room cleaning was also a hassle; you had to ask for it to be cleaned, otherwise you could just say no (other places usually have a sign indicating whether or not cleaning is required). The bed linens were stained. In short, I appreciate the staff's attitude, but I wouldn't return. For the same price, I could have stayed at other, better places in the same location.

There is no parking available. The room smells musty and damp. Damaged furniture was not repaired before guest check-in.

Terrible soundproofing. It's like putting a bed under a curtain to create a separate room (room G1). I don't know about the other rooms, but this room is inside a room where you can hear everything from footsteps and loud conversations.

How did someone lock the door of room 504 in such a way that someone inside could unlock it from the outside? The double bed is a bit small; it would be cramped for two adults. The service was very good, except that the door opened from the outside before I could even open it, which was quite embarrassing.

The rooms are a bit old and the toilets are a bit dirty. Renting a motorbike here is more expensive than elsewhere, and check-in time is quite late (2 PM).

The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped with amenities: hairdryer, TV, coffee, and filtered water. The hotel is near Da Lat market, making it easy to find places to eat. A minor drawback is that the parking is on the street, not in an underground garage 😅. I guess it's okay to park outside because the security is good.

There is a waiting area before check-in, which is very convenient for families with young children.

The staff were friendly and helpful with early check-in, although the rooms were a bit run-down. I booked four rooms, and one had mold, and all the bed linens were stained and smelled of bleach. Soundproofing wasn't great. But overall, it was acceptable and clean.

I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Da Lat.
