It was a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Harvest with my family. The staff were friendly, the views were beautiful, the kids had plenty of fun in the playground and pool, and the breakfast was equally delicious. I hope to stay at this hotel again.

Overall, it is a good hotel, however, there are a few things which need to get major enhancements. 1. TV is very small. Every other hotel is already equipped with at least a smart TV, and it is a major issue when Grand Harvest doesn't do any upgrade. 2. No curtain or shower door! It is a bad experience and also dangerous as water will be everywhere on the floor. 3. There are plenty of signs of worn-out on the building that definitely show it is an old hotel. Maybe some renovation works can fix this issue.

The hotel area is very clean and spacious, there are many choices of swimming pools. The pool is clean and spacious... The kids love it.

The access is indeed far from the city, and when it rains, the road to the hotel is a bit scary. Arriving at the hotel for ±900 which I think is not cheap, it turns out to be a regular room, the wifi doesn't connect because the signal is weak, the TV picture is unclear maybe because of the network as well as because the TV is not a smart TV, the towels smell even though they haven't been used. Asked for a second towel luckily it already smelled good. Maybe if I go there again, it's better to take a more expensive one but get a new room. For the same price, there are many hotels in Banyuwangi that are more worth it, but for those who want peace and a beautiful atmosphere, this is suitable.

The upside is that there are plenty of activities for kids to do here. The downside: The food at the restaurant is expensive (you have to be prepared to eat out for lunch and dinner), the breakfast buffet variety is a bit lacking considering the type of hotel and the price, even a slightly late check out time of 12:00 PM is already being chased like someone has a debt even though check in time is at 2:00 PM, the service is very slow.

Masya Allah, the hotel is very nice at a fairly affordable price. It's very comfortable to stay because it's far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We upgraded to a connecting room for free. It's kid-friendly and has lots of playgrounds for the kids. There are many swimming pools to choose from and they are clean. The breakfast is also delicious, and I especially liked the omelet. The staff is very friendly. Overall, staying here feels like being at one with nature. The distance to Ijen Crater is about 45 minutes. Next time, God willing, I want to stay here again.
