My first time staying here, I immediately received a bonus room upgrade. I stayed in room 801. It was quite spacious, clean, and fragrant, but there was a bit of standing water in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite varied, but the room was quite small, perhaps due to some renovations. Overall, I found it satisfactory.

forced to choose a room that was full of cigarette smoke even though I had ordered a non-smoking room, so I suffered the smell of smoke all night

It's a pleasure to stay here 🌻 - Clean room, complete amenities - Strategic, right in front of WTC Batanghari Mall. A little walk there is a street food heaven and you can have culinary with a view of Gentala Arasy - All staff are friendly and very helpful - We got a welcome drink when checking in and a free coupon for a welcome drink at the 10th floor restaurant. Tips: use this coupon in the afternoon, so you can see the sunset view over the Batanghari river plus planes that are about to land and have just taken off from the airport Btw my room was upgraded to a deluxe type.. Thank you very much
