The entire hotel area is clean, the room/bathroom is clean. The size is just right, there is a refrigerator, plenty of plugs even in the bathroom. Got a large window. When checking in, the AC was not cold enough, and after informing the hotel staff, the handling was quick. When I returned from outside, the AC was cold again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Initially, I was hesitant to book this hotel. But after convincing myself, I finally made a reservation based on the good reviews from fellow travelers. It turned out to be a really nice hotel. When I first arrived, check-in was usually at 2:00, but this time I was able to check in early at 12:00 because a room was already available. The room may not be very large, but it's very comfortable and the atmosphere is peaceful. Facilities like a smart TV allow you to watch YouTube and Netflix. The bathroom is clean and quite spacious. In my opinion, staying at Daun Residence is definitely worth it.

The location is a bit hard to see because it's on a bend, but it's close to everywhere. The parking lot is spacious, safe for motorbikes and cars. There's a 50k deposit, maybe it's combined with a monthly boarding house so it's a bit crowded. When I got out of the elevator, I was a bit confused about which way to turn because there were no directions, but it turns out I had to turn first haha the room is spacious, the AC is cold, the shower water is sometimes unstable, small and big, but so far it's okay... there's a 2-door refrigerator so if you bring drinks you don't have to worry about them melting haha

For those looking for a short stay in the heart of the South Jakarta/Central Jakarta border city, with a minimal price but totally worth it, you should definitely try staying here. Plus, there's a mini kitchen on each floor that you can use for cooking (definitely not heavy meals, haha)..🌹
