The hot water won't work! I complained to the receptionist, but it took a long time to get up to the room. When I got up, the technician just said, "Is the hot water working?" We reset it... but it still wasn't hot. 😂😂🙈🙈 Even though we waited a long time, maybe half an hour more... the next morning it was still cold. Booked a non-smoking room, but the toilet smelled of cigarettes. I couldn't be bothered to complain. Breakfast was delicious.

I booked an extra comfortabel room with double bed and single bed (paid extra for the room) and we got a small room with 2 single bed, No sheets, no window, not non smoking, wet and dirty bathroom. Breakfast only from 7 till 8 am

The facilities are good and quite comfortable but unfortunately they are a bit dirty, especially the bathroom. The towels were dirty and had torn edges, the liquid soap was very runny and easily spilled, the rubbish in the bathroom was not thrown away, and the room floor was not clean.

The room is spacious, unfortunately the air conditioner is not cold enough, there is no hot water, shampoo soap is not provided,

The rooms are neat and comfortable, excellent for hotels located in regencies outside the island of Bali.

Saya memesan 2 kamar executive royal. Kamar 207 dan 218. Kamar 218 yang saya tempati pertama masuk tidak ada remote Televisi, saya menelpon resepsionis 3 kali baru dibawakan remot, setelah saya terima remot, remot tersebut tidak bisa menyalakan TV. Saya tidak menelpon karena saya terlalu lelah karena perjalanan. Pagi kami mau mandi baik di kamar 207 dan 218 air panas tidak berfungsi saya coba menelpon resepsionis, beliau mengatakan maaf bahwa untuk air panas masih dalam perbaikan. Saya sangat kecewa, kenapa tidak ada pemberitahuan pada saat saya mau check-in.
