The place is nice. Spacious. Booked the family bungalow type. There are two large beds, one medium. The downside is that the hot water only lasts a short time. I mean, when we turned on the hot water, it immediately cooled down again. Also, the pool was only ankle-deep. The water suddenly went out at night. I informed the staff the next morning, and it immediately came back on. Otherwise, it was good. I'll stay there again sometime.

The hot water isn't as extensive as the parking lot. And the lack of toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste seems a bit unprofessional. Only towels and soap are provided, though we didn't use them.

The atmosphere is nice, very cool. It's just a long way to get there.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is large, clean, and budget-friendly. It's simply the best.

In short, if you haven't tried it yet, you'll definitely want to come back again.

The room was comfortable enough, but unfortunately, upon arrival, we had to wait two hours for the water to come back on. Furthermore, there was supposed to be a swimming pool, but it hadn't been cleaned or filled.

From the start, the experience was less than pleasant. The room was swapped for a smaller one, claiming it was full, and the amenities differed from those listed. The staff at the reception were unresponsive, even though the reception was not busy. We tried dinner at the restaurant, but the food was slow to arrive and the rice was undercooked.

I actually forgot to record all the room areas, because at that time I was panicking about buying the wrong hotel ticket. But thanks to the help of Mr. Iwan and the hotel team, I was able to process it well even though there were a few obstacles. But for the service, I was very satisfied. The accommodation itself has a capacity of 4 people. There is another room upstairs. But because there were only two of us, we only used the downstairs room. You can park up to the front of the room, I can also see horse riding activities, and the access is close to the Carita Alam hot spring water, take a hot bath at night because the bath is open 24 hours. Because it is currently summer, the temperature from night to morning is very cold, on June 8, 2026, the temperature there was 15 degrees. Don't forget to bring proper warm clothing. Staying at Shinta Ranch Hotel & Resort Bungalow Suite is truly healing. Wake up to the view of Mount Wayang and green meadows. The bungalow is private, with a terrace and wooden chairs for afternoon coffee while watching horses pass by. The room is spacious, the bed is soft, the air is cool even without a fan or AC, there are 2 bathrooms so there's no fighting, hehe. The nights are really cold, perfect for a blanket. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lack of signal is a bit difficult but it actually helps detox your phone, but the wifi is smooth! Worth it for a family/romantic staycation. Will come back again.

The room was nice, everything was fine. However, there were tons of flies outside the room and in the restaurant, and there was no way to reduce them, so the food we ordered was being splattered with flies :(

Hello, I was quite happy staying at Shinta Corner. The service was top notch, fast response, and friendly. Overall, it's a good and comfortable place to stay. However, I have a small suggestion for the room I stayed in (Palm Hijau), the toilet was wobbly 😅, it would be better if it was fixed. Honestly, we didn't sleep on the 2nd floor, because the stairs up and down were quite scary without a handrail. But for some people, that might not be a big deal. Overall, it's okay, hopefully the shortcomings will be fixed and it will continue to get better. Thank you 🫰

If possible, the accommodation fee includes breakfast to make you feel more at home and there are ponies for the children to play with.
