Room is small but clean. Shower bathroom with hot water. Receptionist was nice and friendly. Breads and snacks are available in the pantry whole day for free 😁 And they have a resto with makassar food, which is enough for me considering this is a district far from large city. Will stay again at this hotel if I have to travel back there

First bad experience staying at a hotel. The receptionist was less than friendly and unhelpful in the check-in process, I waited 60 minutes to be able to check-in, made me contact the Traveloka twice to help (Quick response from the Traveloka was very appreciated). The room is presidential type but the AC is not cold, Hot water only lasts 15 minutes and there is no sink that makes me confused where to brush my teeth. Not to mention the WiFi that must be purchased even though when I booked it was clearly written free WiFi (again Traveloka had to help to get internet access). If I go back to Nabire maybe I will try another hotel because the best rooms at Mahavira Hotel seem very disappointing.

Friendly and polite service and clean rooms

Not according to the picture, book a deluxe room with a wide bed but given a very small room with a small bed and a sinking body and only one pillow, the front office is nice and friendly, cleaning service is very brash and unethical, the price is expensive, the airport driver positions himself like a boss. Food is pretty good because it's also given afternoon snacks with bread.

The hotel is nice, clean, there is an airport shuttle, prepared breakfast which can be said is simple and there is an afternoon snack. It's just not good wifi, cramped rooms, and prices at Traveloka more expensive than the price in place.
