The hotel staff is friendly and breakfast can be packed due to flight schedules.

On the downside, the Wi-Fi didn't connect, and the towels weren't very comfortable. On the plus side, the room was quite comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was very good.

Very well-maintained and clean. Very welcoming. Booked through Traveloka: excellent value for money. We left before 6:00 AM and they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. The airport is 2 km away (a few minutes by Grab). Right next door, there's an excellent grilled seafood restaurant and souvenir shops. The only downside is the street noise, especially when motorbikes go by! Perhaps it would be better to choose a room without a window to have less noise!

The service is quite good, the staff is polite and friendly, only the cleanliness of the room is lacking, one of which is the bed sheets.

For the price of the hotel, it is not worth it with the facilities available.

The staff was good, but the room was dirty. It seems they don't change the linen, lots of hair on my bed, dusty, and smelly. My skin was itchy all night long during my stay. The bathroom was so smelly, like somebody didn’t do the clean work after pee.

The hotel staff are very friendly and provide good explanations, the location is in front of the main road which makes access easy and it is also close to the airport.

Friendly hotel staff. Strategic location near the airport. 24-hour airport drop-off. Paid 50,000 Rupiah. Dropped off at the airport at 1 a.m., got free breakfast (choose fried rice, it was still warm). Cleanliness was decent. Will be another choice if you want to stay near the airport.

It said it was a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes was very strong.

It took almost 90 minutes for the receptionist to confirm that the Traveloka voucher could be used. The room had no ventilation. The AC only blew air. It was very hot and stuffy. When I checked out, the front desk was empty. My complaint was handled by a security guard who nodded off, feeling sleepy.

The staff is very good, the breakfast is delicious, the room is comfortable, I will check in again next week.
