A pleasant lobby with a Chinese Peranakan atmosphere, suitable for working. The room is comfortable, more than adequate for many outdoor activities. The bathroom is a bit small, but the hot water and shower are good. There is a bidet available, although it uses a hose. The hotel provides coin laundry facilities (also available for public use) and is within walking distance to many Penang culinary destinations, with 100 Penang Fast Food being our favorite.

first time stay here for 2 nights. the location is near from Loh Guan Lye hospitals. and hotel surrounded by a lots of streets foods. the staff were friendly. definitely will stay here if I come back to Penang.

The hotel's location is quite strategic, and the price is quite reasonable. However, the air conditioning in the room can't be adjusted, and there's a TV, but it doesn't have any channels.

super noisy, old lobby, old and tiny room, front staff is rude, the room is not clean, there is no parking at the hotel, even for motorbike.

Nice place. Near from everywhere, even I was walking to Fort Cornwallis, in the middle of city. Near with bus station as well. Definitely will come back.

Clean, comfortable, slept very soundly, before I knew it, it was already morning.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean (just not soundproof), close to culinary and busy locations, there are laundry facilities.

Good service, no gimmick. Clean, Friendly staff. But if you need more spacious room, this not the right place.

It would be much more helpful if the hotel had an elevator to the second floor. Hair dryers, soap, and shower caps are provided. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, close to convenience stores and a food court. A self-service laundry facility is under construction next to the hotel lobby.

We enjoyed our stay in iStay. Their hospitality is remarkable. The location is superb, especially for culinary experiences. Some hospitals can be reached within 15-20 minutes by walking or around five minutes using car. The TV channels are good and can be connected to YouTube and Netflix.

The place is okay, everything is close. Finding anything to eat is not difficult. If you want to eat durian, it is also close. The location is close to 2 fast food like buffet. To Loh Guan Lye and Island hospitals are also still within walking distance. To Gurney Plaza is around 6-7RM by Grab.

Overall it's good enough to stay here.
