I had booked an early check-in, but couldn't find any staff at the reception. Luckily, after being contacted via phone, I was allowed to go straight to the room. I got room 1703, a single room with private bathroom. The room smells good and room space's quite comfortable if you traveled alone. There's many cabinets to place your stuff, and a desk so you can work comfortably along the stay. The house was in a cluster so it feels safe even when the main door remained open till morning. There's so many restaurants around the area so i could easily order food, plus it only takes few minutes to ICE BSD City so i think it's very convenient to stay here during the concert trip.

The room and facilities were nice and comfortable, and the price was affordable and clean. I'd stay here again. There's a kitchen for cooking and all the kitchen utensils are readily available. Thank you.

The place is very close to Ice BSD, the environment is good, quiet, there is a water dispenser and a shared kitchen if needed.

Check in at 1 am was served by friendly staff. Access to Ice BSD/K Santika Hotel is close by on foot. The room is simple but not very clean. Very suitable for those who want peace.

The lady is very nice and friendly. Check in/out is very fast. Walking to ICE BSD takes less than 10 minutes and you will reach the gate of hall 5, suitable for those who are going to events or watching concerts there.

The location is inside a housing complex, very close to ice bsd, just walking distance. If for a short stay or transit it's OK. It's a bit difficult to find culinary places around the location, so you have to order through Ojol. There is hot water in the bathroom, wifi is also OK.
