It's good, not bad. Kind, good service. Not a big chef, but not bad either.

I recommend it. It's affordable and comfortable.

In the city center, near Kim Yong Market, convenient to travel.

Very basic hostel to stay for the night of my layover in Hat Yai. Easy access. It's just the cleanliness of the sink and bathroom needs to be improved.

We dont expect star services from this budget hotel. We chosed this hotel cos mainly its very cheap, only S$23. Secondly, its located very near to a bus agent where it departs to KL. Thirdly, the famous food centre, Lee Gardens is only 25m away. We were moved to a larger room, cos the AC was malfuntioned. Though the room has windows facing the main st, the instant hot water also failed us. However, the caretaker who will leave the property at 11.00pm, was very helpful and informative. She even educated us to open & close the main entrance using our keycard between midnight and 7.00am as there will be no staff around. She left us a phone number, if the need arise.

The location is very near with Lee Garden. However, I will not recommend this place due to;-1) You can't lock the room door. So no safety for your belongings. 2) If you want a locker, deposit needed 100bhat. 3) If you want to back to the hotel after 11pm, you need to get the access card to enter, (100bhat). 4) No towel and toiletaries provided. 5) air conditioner only will be on from 6pm - 9am. I'm not even staying there. I just check in after that I move to other hotel.

The advantage is that the hotel is located in the city center, you can walk to Kim Yong Market, Lee Garden, and the train station. However, the room is very old, the towels are not good, and the bathroom in the hostel area smells through the corridor.

Not recommended to this hotel... bad service, the receptionist is not available 24 hours... and if you check in after 4 pm, be prepared to be confused to contact the hotel staff... I ordered a private room and got a room for 6 people without air conditioning and any facilities... the staff only came the next morning and gave me the room key even though it was almost time to check out... a truly regrettable experience

The staff are very kind and friendly. It is close to places to eat and travel and is very convenient. I will definitely go back to stay there again when I have a chance.

It was a completely tiring experience with no end in sight to solve the problem. The hotel was good and the friends were friendly even though they were in a shared room.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are overall good. There are many bathrooms and soap is provided. It's a shame that I stayed with Chinese people who were shouting, singing, and whistling loudly. It was annoying. If we cut this out, it would be great. I will definitely stay here again next time.

It is a room like a townhome in the city, so many floors, there are also private rooms, but we sleep in a shared room. Each bed has a privacy curtain. Below is a massage shop. The bathroom is quite old but can be used. I feel like sleeping in the dormitory when I was in college. But just the person sleeping across the street is someone who doesn't know. But if you just want storage and accommodation, it's okay. no atmosphere because it is in the city area Close to the train station, walking distance
