Room is ok. Clean and tidy. There is a surau, mini mart and toilet at the receptionist level. Most importantly get free parking. Mention at the parking counter that the receptionist will hand out stamped paper. Only if there can be a foreign make -up mirror because we 4 people are a bit fighting to not have 1 mirror only in the toilet.

Room is too small and there is no prayer room.

The hotel doesn't provide mineral water and kettle in the room. Need to pay for the deposit rm50 even we've already booked online and fully paid for the room. (should state in the advertisement about the deposit fee). The goods inside the hotel shop are quite expensive. The good side is the location is near to UiTM Shah Alam( rm5 if taking grabcar) and there are plenty of restaurants and marts nearby

Comfortable and clean room, but not only provided kettle and cup in room, no closet, satisfied.

It's very comfortable for the price I paid. Suitable for travellers looking for a short stay. Very clean and big bathroom.

Reception so rude, no smile at all and answer our questions rudely, I hope this hotel will close asap. No customer-oriented, then why do a service business, please don't booking this hotel at all.

Everything was splendid. As per the price, small but comfy. But please check there is soap or not in the toilet. For that day is finished. Overall good!

The location is good but the rooms are not according to order, triple room is a picture of 2 large beds, can be for 4 people, until there is a double room with 1 bed and 120 cm wide.

Clean hotel and smelly sheets. Just set up a shelf in the toilet to put bath equipment like toothbrush and so on. Garbage bin needs to be added in the toilet. The atmosphere is calm and noisy.

They don’t change the pillowcase. I could see the dirty stain from the previous guest. The toilet also have few dirty stain. Overall the hotel is quite nice. Been staying here for several times already. Hope they can improve.

The rooms I have in the air conditioner are not cool where they do not follow the selected temperature and the internet is powerless. The location is easy to find by some Grad drivers.

The hotel does not provide mineral water, glass, water heater and sugar coffee in the room, satisfying and hassle-free room.

I've been here a few time and totally worth the stay. Tried their single and double room it was okay and I am satisfied with my stay. Very near to Uitm Shah Alam and it's easy to find a place to eat.
