Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, really good, cool

The view around the hotel, surrounded by vegetable gardens, is quite interesting to explore in the morning. The air is cool, but there aren't many breakfast options around the hotel.

Yesterday, we went to Alahan Panjang and chose Green Hill as our resting place. Even though we arrived in the middle of the night, the staff was still on standby and helped us check in until we were finished. Unfortunately, the water heater wasn't working in the morning, so we had to take a cold shower in the freezing cold of Alahan Panjang. We went down to the reception three times to confirm, but no one was there. Otherwise, I was happy.

The room is dusty. There is no sound proofing in the building. The noise from outside the room is quite loud especially our room is in the receptionist area and next to the stair.

Pengalaman kami saat menginap di sini kurang menyenangkan. Pelayanannya kurang ramah, slot kontak listrik di kamar tidak bisa digunakan jadi tidak bisa mengecas smartphone, sudah bicara baik-baik dan minta diganti kamar yang setipe, tapi dibilang tidak bisa. Malah disuruh bergantian dengan kamar lain (untung itu saudara, coba kami hanya memesan 1 kamar dan tidak ada kenalan pasti bingung mau ngecas dimana), pokoknya sarannya pelayanannya dibaguskan lagi, karena harga kamarnya lumayan pricey seharusnya memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik juga untuk pelanggan:).

This is my hotel. I have been back and forth to the Alahan Panjang Green Hill Hotel 4 years, always staying here. For me it is quite satisfying, according to my budget.

Poorly maintained property. No tissue, toileteries provided. And transportation is very difficult from this area.
