The room was inexpensive, conveniently located not far from Ratchaburi Hospital, and easily accessible. The staff were very helpful.

Last year, I found a cockroach in the room at the very end, I can't remember which floor. The staff said they would notify the housekeeping. This year, I came to stay again. As soon as I entered the room, I found 2 cockroaches. I called the male staff. He didn't apologize and still made the customer go down and find it themselves to get the key to the new room. I had just checked in and was carrying very heavy stuff. They still dared to let me go down and find it myself. It's a shame that they spoke so nicely, but inside, they had no service mind at all. It's very easy to see.

Good location, clean, I stay here every time I go to Ratchaburi. The bathroom is a bit slippery, so be careful.

The room is actually fine but, there 's 4-5 cockroaches inside the bed/hiding in the bathroom. After asking the staff to change the room, it 's alright and safe from cockroach.
