I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. This was our third stay. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to many eateries and the Millimenwa supermarket. The Tawau ferry terminal and surrounding areas are also within walking distance. The room was comfortable, quiet, and provided Wi-Fi, a water heater, amenities, mineral water, and coffee and tea sachets. The hotel staff were also friendly. We had room 701, a deluxe king sea view. Besides the ocean view, we also had a view of the sunrise. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Stayed 1 night before returning to Nunukan. In front there is a supermarket, behind there is the Chester night market every Friday and Saturday night. Near the mosque too. If you want to go to the Tawau signboard, just walk across. The room's AC is cold, the shower has hot water. The room is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator. Walk to the Tawau ferry port about 10 minutes.

Tawau city center location. Near supermarkets, restaurants, sevel, banks and others. The room is quite comfortable, the AC is cold, the TV works well. The bathroom is clean, the water is smooth.

The room was clean, value for money, the location was strategic, a lot of restaurants nearby. Above all, we were allowed for early check-in. The reception was friendly, overall was good. Thank you.

The inn is very comfortable, safe and clean. Strategic location for crowded areas, close to the ferry port, around the inn there are many places to eat and there is a supermarket. Highly recommended if looking for lodging in Tawau 👍.

Well done, the location is very strategic, the staff is nice and friendly. I'm requesting for late check-out at 1pm, no charge from hotel. I'm so impressed, seriously worth to stay here. humble & helpful staff, but when I stay there for some reason the water heater in my room wasn't working. a little bit disappointed

On one hand, its one of hotels that needs you to pay Rm50 deposit even when you paid the hotel in full through this app. On the other hand, they were quick to hand you back the money when all were reported good by the housekeeping. Guess experiences taught them something. I like their promise to 'make up/clean the room everyday'. They really did. Even to the extent of calling you for the right time to clean.

This was my first visit to Tawau, and I was very happy to find such a comfortable haven at this check-in hotel. The waiters are friendly and very helpful, because the language is a little different between me from Indonesia and the reception, but they still serve patiently. the room was clean and well maintained. as well as the bathroom. very comfortable. WiFi is also okay. The location in the middle of the city makes it easy for me to get around, the price is very affordable, with good service. I highly recommend this hotel for those of you who want to stop in the city.
