Overall, the stay was okay, but there are a few safety things to note. The area is quite dark at night, there is no CCTV around, and there is definitely not enough parking. But other than that, everything else was fine and acceptable.

I recently stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, I was not fully satisfied with my experience. The main issue was the air conditioning in the room. Even though I set the temperature to 16°C, the room still felt warm and uncomfortable. This made it difficult to rest properly, especially at night. I expected better comfort from the hotel, but the air conditioning did not function as it should. I hope the management can look into this issue and improve it for future guests.

If possible, provide a table lamp as well because there is only a lamp by the bed. And if possible, provide a water bottle.

For those of you who bring family and need a large room and not long duration may be suitable. This hotel is an old building. The lighting is dim. There is no lift, so the goods must be lifted to the floor of the room. The receptionist asked me for RM 10 per room on the grounds of a traveler, without a receipt. I took two family type rooms. Several times to Tawau, this is the first time asked for additional money. Hopefully useful..

No lift. The bedroom floor is dirty and not mopped. Type of an old room & bathroom with only 💡 yellow bulbs, so creepy.

Should repair the toilet's door. I can't close the bathroom.

I stay a night for business trip at here. Bedroom floor was sticky if not wearing shoe. At the midnight when sleep still can hear outside got a bunch people talking and children playing. While at morning downstairs restaurant start operate staff there arrange the chair was very clear to hear from room.

The staff is good. No lift, use staircase. Luckily we get 1st floor. 1 room available only for iron clothes & wash clothes with dryer machine need to pay. Filter water applicable. 3 drinking bottles & towel. No kettle inside room, no cup @ mug @ spoon can use. The bathroom's floor is higher than room, but no water flow out from the bathroom to the room

Staff was help full and good. Internet connectivity not very good. TV channels was limited.
