I didn't expect a 3-star hotel in the city center to be of such poor quality. The room floor was quite dirty and dusty. The room was very hot; the air conditioner was running but not cooling properly. The mini-fridge couldn't even cool the drinks. The toilet bowl and shower were broken.

The rooms were damp and smelled musty, the hotel was in terrible condition, and the air conditioners were leaking water.

I booked this room for 3 people, but I myself wasn’t there. They all enjoyed the stay. The view was really nice and the staff members were supportive. My mom said she truly enjoyed the breakfast provided at their cafeteria downstairs. But it was also mom who complained of the room’s AC being too hot even at 16 degree Celsius :)) and she had to ask for an additional fan in order to sleep at night. The other 2 people, however, didn’t think it was that hot though : ))) Overall I appreciate the location, the supportive staff, and the facility with its view to Han River as the highlight.

I stayed in a triple room, but even with the air conditioning set to 16 degrees, it was still very hot. The hotel provided an extra fan, but I couldn't watch TV. Overall, I only stayed for two nights, so I didn't bother asking to change rooms.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't cool enough; even with a standing fan, it was only two-thirds full. The windows couldn't be closed properly, and the toilet door couldn't be shut. The Wi-Fi for work was unreliable. We had to change rooms constantly. The only good thing was its prime location. They checked and cleaned the room while I was out without notice, which was very unacceptable.

I switched rooms and forgot my towel. I asked the receptionist to check with housekeeping on the same day I changed rooms. They checked three times but still didn't answer. When I asked the receptionist one last time, they said it was probably lost.

When I asked to change rooms, they said there were no other rooms available and offered a fan instead 😒. The equipment was old and broken. The refrigerator wasn't cold at all; when I told the staff, they just turned it on and said, "It's cold enough." Overall, I won't be returning.

Room 306 smelled terrible. I couldn't sleep because of the awful, disgusting odor. Luckily, the next day I requested a room change and the hotel helped me. The hotel was generally very old and run-down. The brick walls were peeling, and the bathroom fixtures were falling apart. At 700,000 VND without breakfast, it wasn't worth it at all. There were many better options.

The air conditioner had no remote control, and the old bathroom even had wallpaper :))) The furniture was dilapidated and outdated. I stayed there for one night, and the price wasn't worth it. Avoid this place :)
