The location is close to KL Sentral, just take the elevator from the left side of the hotel about 50 meters. However, if you want to go to the tourist center of Bukit Bintang, you'll need to take the monorail or LRT to KLCC. The hotel is quite clean. The room size is as shown in the app. The app price does not include tax. We were charged RM 10 per night, so bring your cash or card.

First time staying here, after comparing with several others in KL Sentral this is one of the best choices. Super friendly staff from check in to check out, clean room & bathroom, hot water works well, all toiletries are available (I've stayed at other hotels in the surrounding area but didn't get toothpaste, had to buy my own, some didn't give towels), the hotel's wifi is quite fast, Indonesian charger plugs can be used without needing to buy an adapter, everywhere is close because it's right in front of KL Sentral, just walk., upstairs there is a gym, a relaxing area, and a smoking area. Many guests from Indonesia also stay here. Overall one of my best stays in KL, will return for sure.

The hotel's location is very close to KL Sentral and Nu Sentral stations, making it convenient for transportation and dining. The room is a bit small, but I was mainly there for sightseeing, so I just needed a clean place to sleep. The staff were also very helpful. There was no hairdryer in the room, but when I asked for one, the staff were very helpful in providing one. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't very good; I could still hear noises from the hallway at night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep.

I stayed for 3D2N in this hotel. The hotel is super nice and clean. Everything is worked like shower and the air conditioning. Their staff is very helpfull and open for 24hours. You can find 7eleven near the hotel, restaurant or laundry is in the back of the hotel, and it's in front of KL Sentral/NU Sentral. The location of this hotel is quite far from the central like petronas twin tower and the other, anyway you can take a bus or train, but you have to check the shedule of both transportaion. Overall i recommend this hotel if you don't mind about the distance to the city.

It was a great stay for me. Location is the best advantage where you are just few steps to NU Sentral Mall and the KL Sentral Station, there are lots of things to do in there. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and good communication. The facility is very good compare to the price. However I also agree with other reviews about the soundproofing, it's not really good. But I guess this thing can not be fix easily so to avoid this, you can book for rooms that are not close to the window so you can avoid street noise, and choose rooms that are in corners, not really comfy but I think that's the best that you can. Also from the hotel side you should ask for customers for keeping the silence especially during midnights.

The hotel staff is friendly...we were able to leave our luggage first because the flight was scheduled for the evening...so we could walk around...unfortunately we got a room without a window. I suggest that if you book, you don't have to include breakfast.
