Check in was refused, on the grounds that the hotel had no longer collaborated with Ttaveloka since 2 years ago.

The toilet was broken and couldn't be flushed.

In my opinion, the toilet is dirty, the TV doesn't work, soap and shampoo towels are not provided. I'm in a room with 3 people, I have to add 80 thousand the first night, I can't get an extra bed when I complain, I just get an extra bed. I think the price is 140 just getting fan facilities, it's not worth it, it's my fault that I didn't read too much from the start if I only used a fan. Don't like the hotel service 🙏.

Hot water is not provided, it is difficult to make milk for children.

Strategic location, but hotel rooms are not well taken care of, equipment and furniture in the rooms are not routinely cleaned.

Location dipoppies, prices are quite cheap / maybe not right during the holiday. There is a swimming pool room there is AC TV blur bathroom there is hot water / leaky pipes / damp sheets and pillowcases ask to be replaced on a TV cabinet the desk seems rarely on.

Quite satisfying clean and spacious rooms. The bathroom is also clean. There is only one lack of room service, Just a suggestion please provide a broom for each room or at least one hall so that customers can sweep their rooms themselves. thanks.

For the room is quite comfortable, but the staff is very unfriendly, lazy, rarely cleaned, Had told to wait for a car in the parking lot to go back and forth because there are guests who want to come out with an unfriendly tone from the hotel guard (insistent). The parking problem should have been the hotel guard who is in charge of handling but instead the guest must be on duty. Asked for help to be cleaned must be many times. Hotel guards often do not serve because they are cool by playing with their own cellphones.

I got a 108,000 x 2 day flight deal, got a pool front room, cool.

The room was not clean, the sheets and pillowcases were smelly, dirty and had lots of spots, no TV and mineral water, not in accordance with the picture, no bath towels, rude and unfriendly hotel maids, smelly bathroom, noisy wind flutter, floor broken room and broken room key. The hotel is not right because of food rubbish everywhere on the corridor floor and on the hotel stairs. basically not recommended, and do not want to stay there again, give up and blush. I suggest if anyone wants to stay there should think first.

Room according to the price!

The rooms are nice, comfortable, strategically located near the busy Kuta beach where the night is fun for the road, according to the point.

Close to the crowd like Kuta beach, Legian street and others and there is a swimming pool 😍 Not bad for that price. But if the facilities such as furniture and toilets and lobby are renewed and upgraded again, so that the situation is getting more sophisticated 😊
