My child even slept in a mosque because the hotel refused, just because my child is 6 years old, until no one gave me a replacement money or anything because I couldn't stay overnight! I just came all the way to SG from Indonesia, until 11 pm I had to look for another hotel, bring my sleeping child until I cried all night in a foreign country that I had never visited before, I was alone with my child, my money I checked out of the hotel because I was refused and could not be returned, my money was wasted!! There was no pity at all for the little child, told to look for another hotel at night! Without any appreciation for my money being returned or anything else! My WORST experience while in Singapore

A pleasant overnight stay in Singapore. It happened to be Tarawih prayers at the Sultan Mosque, which is very close by. The room was clean, the bathroom was well-maintained, and the bed was quite private and large. The only issue was the unfriendly receptionist who asked me to download an app, but it didn't work for early check-in, making it seem pointless. Otherwise, I'd stay here again. Highly recommended for backpackers.

The hotel staff is polite, the room is clean and tidy.

The staff were so kind. I arrived early but they let me check in right away. They were so lovely! Plus, on my departure day, I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel all day. I really liked the staff and the service here.

Nice location and very near to Bugis

Will be back for my next solo trip. Strategic location, close to bus stops and the MRT. Muslim-friendly with plenty of halal food.

the staff was very helpfull to overcome our problem. I stayed in podroom for two people and it was amazing, especialy its proximity to MRT station and Masjid Sultan. Close access to amenities, very convenient

Overall the service was good, I got room 18. I felt itchy when I slept, as if there were micro lice in the blanket or who knows where they came from. Because this capsule room never gets sunlight or maybe because of the lack of light, it is possible that lice live in the capsule room. My suggestion, a vacuum cleaner alone is not enough to clean, it must be disinfected. The location is good but for sleeping comfort it is not good for a low budget. To enter the room on level 2 requires extra effort and caution. Best regards for cube to be even better

The accommodation is okay, but unfortunately the corridors smell and some of the toilets also smell. Otherwise everything is okay.

Check-in process could’ve been easy but we have to download the app first to get the key. Coming straight from the airport past midnight and had to deal with slow wifi downloading and inputing the all the details just to get the room key. It would be better if we’ve notified to download the app once the booking is confirmed. Its quite stressful to me. However, i love the room and the cleanliness of the room and shower/toilet. The room is full but quiet, you’ll love it.
