I ordered a 2 room hotel for 2 nights. 1. room facilities are different from one another even though the price is the same. 2. very slow service and less responsive in responding to orders. 3. several times the lights went out and did not immediately follow up if you did not call first. 4. 14) the facilities received do not match the appearance on the web (WiFi is not) (Up to the room) 5. There is no room cleaning service (garbage is not immediately thrown away).

It is not in accordance with the picture, I just moved from an inn in downtown Jogja which is cheaper than Popi even cleaner, there is hot water, thick clean blankets. really disappointing even the TV is still old school and there is no remote, the water is small. totally beyond expectations, Very disappointing, not a place I would recommend.

From the start entering RCP response was not good, dirty room, dirty bathroom, hot water turned off, not really recommended. I regret ordering 2 days. Anyway, it's not satisfying at all.

The place is comfortable and cold but the bathroom is dirty lots of yellow stains and the wifi is also broken
